Kelley Wade Perdue is a proven leader and strategist with a strong background in technology, business, and public service. Throughout her career, she has managed multi-million-dollar programs, delivering accountability, organization, and results to complex projects. Her professional experience allows her to approach challenges with both strategic vision and practical problem-solving.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice, a Healthcare Management Certificate, and a Master of Project Management, and is currently a Doctoral Candidate in Organizational Leadership. This educational foundation equips her to lead effectively, make data-driven decisions, and serve the community with integrity and foresight.
Vance County is home. As a lifelong citizen, Kelley is deeply invested in the people, families, and future of the community. She is a member of Hermon Community Church, Treasurer of the Watkins Community Club, GFWC North Carolina General Chair of Arts & Culture, and Chair of the Adopt-A-Highway Litter Clean-Up for State Road 1125. She previously served as Treasurer of the AAPC Chapel Hill East Chapter.
Her commitment to service is rooted in faith, community involvement, and responsible leadership. Kelley believes in protecting local values, strengthening the economy, and ensuring Vance County remains a place where families can thrive.
